Contract roofing case study
Long-running scaffold support for roofing contractors across Leeds, from repeat housing programmes to specialist occupied buildings.
Project overview
Roofing access has been a continuous part of Veritas delivery from the beginning. We support roofing companies working across Leeds on contracts that include housing association properties, university accommodation, churches, vicarages and other occupied buildings. Each scaffold is planned around the roof works, property layout and people who continue to use the building.
Repeat instructions allow Veritas to understand the roofing contractor's programme, typical access needs and the standards required across every property.
Access is arranged around entrances, residents, students, visitors and existing external areas so the roofing team can work without losing sight of the building below.
From straightforward eaves access to chimneys, stepped elevations and full temporary weather protection, the scaffold changes with the property and scope.
Repeat delivery
Working lifts are positioned around the eaves, elevations and specific repair areas required by the roofing team.
Each arrangement responds to the building shape, ground conditions, entrances and neighbouring properties.
Temporary roofs can protect exposed buildings and maintain progress where the roofing package requires full cover.
Planning, delivery and dismantle are coordinated across changing addresses and contractor schedules.
